Internal Corrosion

This mobile laboratory allows us to evaluate inhibitor injection points and evaluate the corrosive characteristics of the transported product. The technology we use helps us locate the zones where there's interior corrosion, collect data of metal loss and allows us to take coupon samples for further analysis.

Chemical Analysis

This laboratory helps us evaluate the transported product in our Clients installations to determine its content of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphur, chlorides, humidity and other corrosive agents. The samples we collect are then taken to our specialized laboratory to continue its analysis.

Microbiological Corrosion

The samples we collect in our surveys are transported to the Microbiological Laboratory where we cultivate bacteria associated with microbiological corrosion and identify the activity of the sulfate reducing bacteria and the acid producing type bacteria among others.

Cathodic Protection

Our mobile Cathodic Protection laboratories are equipped with cutting edge instrumentation and advanced technology that helps us diagnose the condition of cathodic protection systems. 

The variety of equipment that we work with allows us to inspect coatings, anodic beds, rectifiers, isolation joints, test stations and impressed current systems among others.
